- The corporate identity of our clients - We will not reveal our client¡¦s identity to potential candidate until the candidate has been selected for face to face interview, unless prior approval has been obtained from our clients.

And to understand our candidates in terms of
- educational qualification

- personality
in order to have the most effective ¡§Matching process¡¨. Thus, our potential candidates can match the clients¡¦ corporate culture and chemistry so that our potential candidates can fit the environment easily and can be a ¡§plug and play¡¨. Ultimately, it will be a win-win situation to both the clients and candidates.
3. Quality and the turnaround time
- As each assignment is different from nature, we will discuss with our client on the expectation and turnaround time in the beginning of the assignment.
- Normally speaking, the turnaround time for recruitment and executive search assignment will range from 1 week to 30 days depending on the complexity and the urgency of the assignment.
4. We commit ourselves to be a partner of our clients, especially those who have been working with us for a long time.
5. We will not actively approach existing staff of our clients in that particular country for a period of at least 1 year.
