· At least 5 years experience with an apparel manufacturer, with experience in some of the following products is an advantage
- Lingerie / Costumes / Hosiery / Accessories
· Understanding of fabric & garment construction quality standards, and with experience with fabric mills & trim suppliers
· Excellent ability to resolve problems fast without stopping production flow from fabric damage issues to pattern issues.
· With solid experience in dealing with different factories & experience in developing new factory contacts
· Experience with Target or Walmart production & procedures a plus
· Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese andMandarin
· Frequent travel required
