Title : IT SECURITY SUPPORT Salary :
 Client Description :
One of the leading MPF and pension service providers in Hong Kong.
 Duty :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IT Security Officer to enforce the prescribed IT security model (i.e. prevention, detection, response processes) in an effective manner
  • Identify and evaluate risk of security problems with respect to people, process and technology aspects
  • Prepare routine security report
  • Respond to IT security incidents according to service standards
  • Provide technical support to IT operations and user request
  • Coordinate and verify with solution providers and / or internal users to meet the established security requirements
  • Prepare supporting documentation for compliance and audit checking exercise
 Requirement :

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology related discipline
  • Experience in the IT security field will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in IT support and software development
  • Hands-on system administration experience in Microsoft Window and UNIX / Linux administration
  • Knowledge of Shell scripting / programming for MS Windows and UNIX / Linux environment (e.g. Bash, PERL)
  • Knowledge of software development (.Net, Java) and web application environment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
