· Degree or Diploma Holder;
· Not less than 8 years solid experience as a senior executive in a Garment Manufacturer with sizable operations;
· Hands on management exposure of manufacturing operations of lingerie products are preferred;
· Experience in using ERP or computer system in production is an advantage;
· Fast learning and adaptation to change is a must;
· Strong leadership and people management skills;
· Excellent communication and presentation competence;
· A high proficiency of written and spoken Cantonese and English.
