Title : CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (PRINTING) Salary :
 Client Description :
A diary publication company with headquarters in Hong Kong.
 Duty :

· Responsible for overall supervision and manage the day-to-day activities for the Customer Service Team;

· Fulfill the request and follow up action according to the requirement of customers’ satisfaction process

· Coordinate with production to track the delivery schedule to achieve on-time delivery performance

· Ensure staff follow proper procedures and best practices with productivity and work quality meeting required standards

· Continually looks for ways to improve the order flow and processes with proactive and detailed mind

 Requirement :

· Degree holder in business or related discipline preferred.

· Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in printing industrial with 3 years in supervisory level;

· Self-motivated, enthusiastic and team co-operative

· Strong leadership, good people management and communication skills

· Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
