Title : Senior Manager / Manager (ibank) Salary :
 Duty :
  • Assist Director in handling full range of investment banking and corporate finance projects including IPOs, M&As, funds raising...etc.
  • Liaise with clients, professionals and regulatory authorities to execute corporate finance transactions for clients

 Requirement :
  • Educated to Degree level with 4 – 6 years’ experience in investment banking/corporate finance industry. Experience in legal or auditing professions may also be considered
  • SFC License holder in RA1 & 6 is a MUST
  • Experience in handling IPO transactions is highly preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Willing to travel to PRC
  • Proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, result-oriented and self-motivated

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
