Title : Manager, Mobile Services Salary :
 Duty :
  • Lead a team of Mobile Customer Service Managers responsible for the day-to-day activities and operations of the team
  • Set targets, implement guidelines, closely monitor the team performance, and handling all issues of the team
  • Ensure all team membersunderstand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve the team target




 Requirement :
  • Degree holder in Radio or Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with good knowledge in various telecom products and services; and its service provisioning e.g. modern Mobile, WiFi service, roaming, internet access, international and managed/customized services
  • Familiar with the operation of state-of-art intelligent mobile handsets, BES, BIS servers, mobile workflow management, resource scheduling
  • Possess extensive experience of dealing with both customers and sales personnel at all levels on service and project delivery matters
  • Keep abreast with the Mobile Market Technology Trend and its intelligences, and understand the Industrial Benchmarks
  • Ability to coach, motivate and drive process improvement and efficiency of the team
  • Strong analytical and Project Management skills with business acumen
  • Confident, able to meet targets under high pressure environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin preferred
