· Higher Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines with 3 years working experience in IT or telecommunication field
· Experience in PABX/IPT & adjunct systems or UPS/Power systems, such as Voice Mail, IVRS & Call Accounting System etc
· Good knowledge and experience on LAN/WAN, Router/Switch, Wireless LAN, Linux and Window OS etc
· Holder of professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP or other vendor certificates will be an advantage
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Customer-oriented, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
· Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technician
