Skill(s) Requirement:
'Required Information:
- Number of Salesforce certifications obtained
- Number of Salesforce projects implemented (w. role, client name, project details, project period)

Required Skills:
1. University degree (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Marketing preferred
2. At least 5 - 8 years of experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation, from solution design to production launch
3. Experience with at least one of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Commerce Cloud
4. Experienced in leading a team of 5 or more under both waterfall and agile delivery methodology
5. Strong client and internal stakeholder management
6. Demonstrated ability to manage both busines and technical tracks
7. Experienced in managing project financials, project timeline and team member utilization
8. Strong articulation of project metrics, e.g. sprint velocity and burn-down forecast
9. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
10. Team leadership experience is a must
11. Previous IT experience in consulting firm or services vendors is a plus

Role & Responsibilitie:
'Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the key point of contact for project management related matters
- Manage external and internal stakeholder expectations
- Identify, manage and resolve risks and issues idenitified throughout end-to-end of project delivery
- Responsible for overall project success, across delivery quality, timeline, financials
- Lead and coordinate a team of business analysts, architects and developers
- Ensure team member availability and facilitate internal knowledge transfer during team member transitions
- Conduct PMO and Steering Committee meetings
- Lead cutover planning and conduct Production rollout
- Clearly articulate Salesforce usage best practices and waterfall/agile principles

Quarry Bay/ Client Site
