Title : Computer Operator (Network/Server Support) (Day + night shift) x 1 Salary : 16000-22000
 Requirement :
Our client is a web platform with plenty of leisure information for better life.
We are looking for high-calibre candidates to join our dynamic team as:

Computer Operator (Network/Server Support) (Day + night shift)
Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily systems operations, including batch jobs, IT helpdesk and administration tasks
• Monitor data center networks and systems
• Assist Operation Supervisor, System / Network Engineer to perform problem diagnosis
• Co-ordinate with vendor in problem fixing and follow problem escalation procedure
• Provide technical support services to internal users and external customers

Requirements:
• Diploma or above in Telecommunications and Networking, Information Technology related disciplines
• 1 year experience in computer support or network operation is preferred
• Knowledge of operation of Linux, AIX, Solaris and Windows OS
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Working hours: Mon - Fri: 10:00pm – 7:30am or 7:00am – 4:00pm (roster change on monthly basis)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

Salary Range: HKD16K – HKD22K
